100% Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:
7-day refund for subscriptions of 1 to 3 months, if requested within 7 days of purchase.
14-day refund for subscriptions of 4 to 12 months, if requested within 14 days of purchase.
No Refund After the Refund Window
After the 7 or 14-day refund window has passed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
Change of mind.
Non-usage of the product or delayed usage.
Lack of expertise in using the product.
Staff changes or internal company issues.
Claims of dissatisfaction or technical problems after the refund period.
Temporary or minor technical issues.
Training and Support
To ensure smooth usage of our platform, we offer up to 6 hours of one-on-one training for selected products such as SchoolCare.

Important Notes
